We have endeavoured to make shopping for clothes on this website as simple and enjoyable as possible, but appreciate there may be some areas that need explanation - and that is the purpose of this page.

Confirmation of order

When you have finished placing your order, we will review it and send you an email confirming details of the order, telling you when you can expect delivery of the items you purchased.

Some garments may need to be made and it may take 7–14 days for your order to be fulfilled. If we think your order will take longer we will contact you via email or phone to discuss.

Payment

You may choose to pay for your order with a credit/debit card. If paying by credit/debit card, you are required to enter details of your credit/debit card. However, we have chosen to use the specialist internet payment processing service Paypal and Shopify payments, to ensure that this sensitive information is handled securely on your behalf. We do not pass any information about your credit/debit card - this is handled entirely by Paypal or Shopify for your protection and privacy.

Delivery

One of our uppermost aims is to offer high quality garments at competitive prices. We do make a postage charge of £10 for orders up to £69.99 any orders £75 or over postage is FREE and to be delivered in the UK. If you live outside of the UK or the EU, and wish to make a purchase, please contact us via the email address help@pagopago.co.uk and we will consider how best to fulfil your request.
